Failure to show up for your tour may result in forfeiture of your booking and any associated payments.

In the event of force majeure or operator-initiated cancellations, we will provide options for rescheduling or refunds as applicable.

Requests for modifications to your booking should be made through the My Bookings area or by contacting us.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and through the same method used for payment.
